CoralHue pmKO1-S1
NOTE: this plasmid is available for members of the University of Freiburg only!
|Functional Description||monomeric version of the fluorescent protein CoralHue TM Kusabira Orange (KO); KO has been cloned from the stony coral "Kusabira-ishi"; absorbtion/emission=548/561 nm;
mKO can be used to label proteins or subcellular structures or for FRET analysis.
pmKO-S1 is not an expression vector. To express
mKO1 in cells, the cDNA must be transferred to an
appropriate expression vector. (source: MBL)
