| Functional Description |
Expression vector for generation of fusion proteins in the C-terminus of EGFP. The EGFPmut1 encodes a red-shifted variant of GFP (F64L, S65T) which has optimized for brighter flourescence and higher expression in mammalian cells. The vector can also be used to express EGFP in a cell line of interest as a transfection marker.(source: Clontech)
