Functional Description Cell cycle indicator:
hCdt1 is the truncated version of the Cdt1 licensing factor for DNA replication. Its only expressed in G1 and low S and described in Sakaue-Sawano, Miyawaki, Cell, 2008. With the appropriate promoters it can be used in other organisms, such as drosophila. BFP-hCdt1 should be coloring G1 cells (low in S-phase) in blue. Awaits verification in Drosophila stable cell lines.
