Functional Description	Plasmid can be used for localization studies.The fusion protein cal- dsRed2 will localize in the lumen of the ER in transfected cells.Plasmid contains the N-terminal ER targeting sequence of calreticulin and C-terminal KDEL ER retention sequences according to Roderick et al 1997 - see publication.
