We are the resource and information center of BIOSS, the Centre for Biological Signalling Studies, and offer a wide range of interesting plasmids relevant for Signalling Science.

BIOSS Toolbox is committed to the open access transfer of data, allowing information to be shared more quickly and easily. Take the chance and join the search to get more ideas for your own research strategies and possibilities to find new collaboration partners.

The offered materials are entirely checked via restriction digests to verify the backbone and in most cases additionally verified by sequencing the insert.

• All plasmids that come from exclusively scientific sources are freely available to interested scientists from non-profit institutions.
• All known existing third party rights of the materials are published on the corresponding plasmid information site.
• Plasmids based on vector backbones from commercial entities or containing other protected elements deposited by scientific members of own university will be distributed only within the University of Freiburg. If you are interested in such plasmids please don't hesitate to contact us, we will gladly assist you in establishing a direct contact to the Principle Investigator of the material.
